Came with absolutely everything needed to replace my old wiper, outside of a wrench. I've seen some post that you had to use some part or another from your old wiper but that was not the case. It was a simple remove and replace.The pop on cover locks on very solid and nice, the included actual blade has been working perfectly for snow, ice, mud..standard dirt road montana winter conditions.I haven't seen any streaking and it wipes properly first time. Tension is great, sizing is great and the price was exceptional.Even if this DID break after awhile from weathering etc...I'll buy another at this price. But I dont' see any issues whatsoever with the blade in that way either.

Easy install on my Volvo XC90 04. Good price. Wiper blade fell apart. Not necessarily the wiper blade is at fault. I do live in Alaska, lots of ice build up.

one day my wiper dangled off the back of the car. After 13 years the plastic arm broke.Order this one, has a different form and slight larger footprint then the original.Works the same.

Only took 5 minutes from unboxing through cleanup to replace old broken wiper arm. Well packed, great product, perfect fit for my 2013 Mercedes Benz ML350!

Had my wiper arm pulled off at an automatic car wash. My mechanic put this one on for me after I ordered it. Works great on my Mercedes ML350

I finally got around to installing this on my car. The blade does not follow the contour of the back window, and as a result it doesn't remove the water.

I am not sure about the negative reviews. This is the exact replacement for my 2014 ML350. After removing the original arm and inspecting and comparing to the original. I am not finding any differences. Removal and installation took all of 10 minutes. One of the reviewers mentioned it cracked after a heavy snow. I always clean off my front and rear glass when heavy snow has accumulated.The mechanism that the motor bolt slides into on both the original and the replacement is a brass collar that is inserted into the plastic par5 of the wiper arm. The wiper arm and the cap that covers the bolt and the wiper blade assembly are made of metal and not plastic. However, heavy snow would cause the plastic to crack.I was careful to make sure I did not over tighten the bolt.All in all I saved $135.00 as the dealer wanted $150.00 including installation.
