I got a new puppy, and so i'm dealing withthat puppy rambunctiousness. This flirt pole tires him out quickly and is of good quality. I like that the pole isn't plastic, and the rope hasn't fallen apart. The only thing I'd warn against is to be sure to not have the dog get a hold of the bottom end because they can chew the cushion for where you put your hand off.

I really like it. My dog is an american bully. He loves to run around after the pole and once he catches it, he keeps taking it to the couch. I do think the rope part can be a bit larger and sturdier but otherwise, it's a good toy to have your dog active, especially inside.

So fun. Pole is sturdy-the rope toy cheap but will replace it with something else eventually

The Outdoor Flirt Pole for Dogs is a fun and interactive toy for engaging dogs in chase and tug-of-war games, but it may not hold up well for all breeds. Here’s my experience:Great for Interactive Play:The flirt pole is excellent for keeping my dog active and entertained. It’s perfect for outdoor games, encouraging running, jumping, and tugging. It’s a great way to bond with your pet while helping them burn off energy.Lightweight and Easy to Use:The pole is lightweight and easy to handle, making it simple to direct the toy and keep your dog moving. It’s a fantastic choice for smaller dogs or dogs that enjoy chasing and tugging games.Durability Issues:While the design is sturdy enough for small to medium dogs, it struggled with my larger dog’s strength during tug-of-war. After a few play sessions, the cord began to fray, and the pole showed signs of wear. It’s not ideal for heavy chewers or strong pullers. What I Liked: Encourages exercise and interactive play. Lightweight and easy to handle for owners. Great for smaller or medium-sized dogs. What Could Be Improved: The cord and pole durability could be improved to withstand stronger dogs. The toy attachment at the end of the cord isn’t replaceable, limiting its longevity if damaged.Final Thoughts:The Outdoor Flirt Pole is a great option for interactive play with small to medium dogs, but it may not be the best choice for larger breeds or heavy chewers. It’s fun while it lasts, but durability improvements would make it a more versatile toy for all dogs.

I have been invited by Amazon to take part in the Amazon Vine program & I take that very seriously.I order products I am interested in, try them out and give my honest review on that product.I am not paid in any way by Amazon or the sellers for my reviews.Since I am an Amazon customer as well, I provide as much detail as possible for other customers in order to help make an informed decision on the products. I do not recommend products I myself wouldn't use.I have 3 dogs and I take care of some neighborhood dogs as well. 6 neighborhood dogs to be exact. One in particular I go to see several times a week. Her daddy goes to work at 4AM and doesn't get home until after 3 and if he works OT, he won't get home until dinnertime.I go over to let her out of the crate and play with her during the day so she's not locked up for so long.I take her out to go potty, I'll walk her around the block and we'll play fetch for a little while. When her daddy works OT, I'll go over later in the day to let her out for a little while. She's a cute 2 year old, 40ish pound little mix named Bella with a lot of energy.Since I spend so much time with her, I bring her toys that we play with. This toy is one of them. She loves to run, jump, fetch, chase & play tug of war and this toy is right up her ally.As others have mentioned, this is a great toy for smaller dogs so my friend Bella I think will be the perfect dog to use this with.At home, I have a 6 year old Pit Bull, a 4 year old Pomeranian and a 12 year old mutt mix that I inherited when my mom passed away a few months ago. My Pittie is too big for this type of toy.My Pomeranian is prone to leg issues so I won't use this with her.My mutt is getting up there in age so I don't want to take the chance. My little friend Bella though will really enjoy this. The pole isn't too long but you can still have some fun.It was easy to put together and it provides some entertainment so your pup can get out some pent up energy.I'm happy with this toy and Bella will be too.

My minpin goes after the pole and handle more than the rope part. It’s holding up so far.

I have seen these several times before for cats and always thought to myself they should scale it up and make one for dogs too. So of course when I came across this I had to have it. It is well built and I'm sure it can withstand heavy play safely for dogs up to 15 lbs. We've already put a couple of hours of play on it and it is holding up just fine so far. It is nice that once the toy you attach to it wears out, you can just attach a new one instead of replacing the whole thing like the cat model. Goes without saying but this thing is also great because you don't have to get up and chase them around. We still do that but now when we are tired or our backs hurt etc., we still have an option instead of no play at all. Last note is that you need to keep in mind anything like this can be dangerous because of momentum, inertia and mass. Always be careful that the toy on the end, especially if it is a knotted rope, doesn't EVER come in full force or from a full arc into contact with any part of your dog's body. For that reason it is probably not a toy for young kids who don't understand such things to play with. This is by no means a downside to the product so I don't detract any stars, I just feel that it needs to be brought up so everyone remembers to play safe!
