This is a great idea for a heat lamp, shield to direct the heat to the person and not out to empty space. The product is good. The install was actually fine. All the parts are there and it’s lasted for months and months without any issues and still as nice and shiny even though it’s been rainy, storms and cold weather the last sfew months.

Have not had it for long but it does seem to help direct the heat more. Super easy assembly and install. Longest part was taking off the protective cover.

This product fit great on our patio heaters, easy to install. Provides great direction of heat. Will buy again when add more heaters to our home.

This thing does what it claims and directs the great pretty well.However, it was missing half of the 6 screws that hold the clamps to the panels. I put it together with 3, but not sure if they will get loose over time.

I'm really surprised. This makes a huge difference in the amount of heat we get from the heater. Apparently, the diagram showing where the heat goes is accurate. It's made of 3 equally sized pieces of sheet metal, connect by hinges. You have to attach the clamps. The rubber stoppers keep falling off during the process. I lost one. However, I don't think they're necessary. It's staying attached to the heater without it. I was worried about durability during windy weather. Now that it's on, I don't think it's an issue. It really makes our patio heater much more useful and effective.

All went fine, 1 slight scratch until I got to the end & there were no rubber tips for the clamps. Hopefully it won't scratch the dome too much. Disappointed but it will still work.It would have been 5 stars all around had I not hunter 15 minutes for the tips that were accidentally left out.
