We’re always reluctant to buy seating without sitting in it, but this set and its companion pieces looked good and seemed reasonably priced so we went for it! These pieces were easy to put together, sturdy, attractive, and comfortable!Perfect machining of parts, nothing left out, no injuries. It did take two of us because the pieces are not small, but that’s hardly a drawback.

We love it. At times it was a little challenging to assemble but the ratchet tool they provided was a big plus. Cushions are good quality, and very sturdy. We also purchased the matching swivel glider chairs.This will be used in a 3 season porch, so I hope it to last a long time.

First off bolts are too short when assembling some parts, had to use longer bolts to pull and bend the wicker so it pulled together. Secondly the cushions was mashed between parts inside the poorly packed box. I contacted customer service and was first given a short response, however, the second time they said they are sending me replacement cushions. For the most part the loveseat seems well built and sturdy.

When I ordered this loveseat I didn’t know what to expect. When I received it the color I picked was nice (light grey) but the back was bent. I let the company know (along with a picture) and they sent me another “back panel†at no extra charge. It is comfortable to sit in an so far holding up well. Would recommend!

I the sofa was sent to me with a small problem. The company fixed the problem immediately. I have had the sofa for a month and a half and it is exactly what I wanted outside. It was so comfortable and looked so nice that I changed my mind on its purpose and location. It’s now on my patio and we use it all the time for relaxing and enjoying the look of the yard. I also use it for a nice afternoon nap—what a bonus use!

This product was completely impossible to assemble. Most of the holes that needed bolts screwed into them had no threading in order to attach them. Clearing inferior manufacturing. I am sending back

The set is a 5-piece set which includes 4 swivel/glider chairs and a combination table/firepit. First, the 5-piece set is shipped seperately. There was no indication that there would be two seperate shipments, so I thought the table/fire pit was missing. The seller did respond quickly after I contacted them informing me of the separation in shipping. The chairs, although very good quality, are extremely difficult to assemble. You definitely need two people. The instructions, as well as the video make it look very easy....it is not. I am hoping once I get the table/firepit it will be easier to assemble.
