When I opened the box of the couch, I noticed there were only about 12 bolts and a tool to tighten. I figured it would be relatively easy to assemble. The directions were unclear so I referenced the UPC symbol video to help out which was which was also also pretty useless. I found out that the back sides were not congruent with each other and had to be forced into place in order to connect. The other other bolts were extremely awkward to tighten. I eventually got it together after about an hour.With all that being said, the couch looks great for the price, and seems like it will provide the extra seating and we hoped.

I chose this outdoor sofa because it actually had the back of the sofa as high as the cushions. (Can someone explain why most on the market don't? Puzzling.) Anyway, it is very sturdy and attractive. Mine had no damage. It is easy enough to put together -- straightforward and everything was in the box, holes lined up with screws, etc. It was a bit tedious going round and round to tighten all the screws once it was put together, but you'll have that. The cushions are thick, which is great. Bottom ones are kinda hard, but that's okay. I will say the fabric is a tad itchy on bear skin, but not a deal breaker. It's quality, just not soft and fuzzy, but not a big deal to me. The toughest thing was putting on the plastic clips that hold the pieces together, but once on, they won't be slipping off, so that's a win. I'm very happy with this outdoor furniture!

I appreciated the quality of the product. It assembled easily, was sturdy, had all the tools necessary for assembly and is very comfortable. The vendor was extremely helpful with rectifying a shipping question and I would recommend this product highly. Loved it so much that I bought a second one and a loveseat and two sets of ottomans.

This loveseat looks good but the quality is poor and it is extremely difficult to assemble. The screws do not line up with the holes and it is also difficult to screw them in. I am concerned about the stability of the loveseat as the screws don't hold the pieces together tightly. The directions are poorly written and hard to follow. I am very tempted to return this item even though it is partially assembled. I do not believe it is worth the money I paid. I have never had any problems with Amazon before and this is my first bad review. The colors are wrong also. It is supposed to be gray but it is taupe. Looks more brown than gray .

Coffee table arrived 3 days later, broken. Could hear the glass rolling around in the sealed box. No problem with return . Fabric feels rough and Only the bottom cushions unzip??!! Looks good. Comfortable and sturdy.

This is the best love seat i’ve ever had very very easy to assemble- sturdy / comfortable as they come. I had to purchase two more seats now i have the full set , highly recommended

I originally gave this a low rating because the loveseat came to us damaged and return postage was not included. HOWEVER, when I reached out to the merchant, they were VERY kind and helpful and continued to send me new sets until we got one that wasn't bent. These require two people to put together, but are very sturdy and attractive! Can't wait to use it!
