I feel it was quite acceptable for the price point. The major fact that it can be used for both jamming into someone and also firing a 2 prong projectile up to a max range of 15 feet is quite nice. I found the components of the device, the general way its made to be quite cheap with a old junky switch but its still quite effective. It sounds demoralizing and I think it would scare someone attempting to do you harm. Now there are quite a few rebranding of this device, they are all the same with different price points. This one was very reasonable.So the siren aspect is nonsense I have come to find that second position on the switch, like a lot of people said, doesn't work. It's okay though, it really isn't needed and it would make the device sound like a toy. I will also add that even if the siren worked, you'd have to keep it in that position. You need to push the switch all the way forward in order to activate it for firing charge. When you have the device ready to fire it will also have the laser sight active. The third position is the flashlight, I actually managed to get the device to have the charge active with the red indicator light on along with the laser sight and flashlight all at the same time, this is due to the cheap dollar tree toy style switch from the early 2000's.I know I keep downplaying this device in it's construction but listen, its an economic taser/stun gun. It is not expected to be made out of the finest material with the best engineering in its favor. Its design is practical and honestly if it were made with better material and a better switch and the firing button was switched to underneath instead of the top... I would say this would be a A+ top tier taser. It just needs some work.The stun effect is awesome, has a beautiful arc. Its sound is loud and terrifying. The cartridge's seem to be effective and will fire, you may get a dud, that will always be a possibility but thankfully it attaches and detaches quite easily and that part is actually made pretty simply and decent which isn't a bad thing.I will give this 5 stars due to practicality. Its comfortable effective and daunting enough to keep someone at bay and it definitely sounds like it'll hurt ya.

I have not yet used this. I hope I don't have to I hope I never has to use it. To be honest, I would make two changes though. One it would be better if it was made out of a medal that had some weight to it just like a gun. Second, the little piece where you can electrocute someone without the expenders, it would be cool if those were more visible and sticking out so like you could like visibly sees them so that you know that when you're touching that person, they're gonna get shocked for sure.

worked great however stopped charging 0/29/2025, never had to use ? bought 1 for me and my daughter, hers still works fine how long who knows? still have 2 electric probes ?

I like the price until I went to take it with me and to make sure the battery was charged I turned on the light and was checking the alarm and found out it does not have alarm, or it doesn't work. No sound at all.

This guy is great for added protection. Everything worked from lights, Lazer and the projectile charge.
