This was a great buy for the price! The customer service on these pieces is also very good. If you have any problems all you have to do is call or email and they will work to address any questions you have.. putting together was relatively easy as well.. great fit for my patio. Very sturdy and strong. The cushions are pretty comfy as well

Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. Love the size - not too big and bulky like a lot of other ones I saw. Took a little while to assemble. Really need two people to assemble but it was worth it as they look so good on my porch. Love that it came with all the tools you need.

We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They're the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it's faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set.Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service.

The five piece set is a beautiful and stylish addition to my patio. The wicker is better than I expected and the cushions are thick and comfortable. The set is very sturdy and I can see it lasting for many years. The wicker is a two-tone brown and the cushions are a medium navy blue. I had a couple of the items arrived damaged. The wicker on one chair back was broken and one of the seat covers was not sewn properly. The seller’s customer service team was right on it. They sent replacements for both items which arrived in a matter of days. The customer service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better response.

We researched and shopped for over a year to find affordable quality swivel/rocking outdoor chairs. We ultimately chose these chairs in part because they are a heavier in stability weight and rated to withstand a larger, heavier weight person. My husband had no difficulty with assembly and had all 4 done in about 45 minutes. I am so so pleased with the higher back style and the wicker appearance is classy. Even though they do sit under a covered patio, two of the chairs did get hot 100+ degree sun on one side each all summer and there is no fading, material degrading, or weather damage. The cushions are attractive and have had no fading. There is no structural tilting or damage due to a 275 lb friend sitting in them. We do have them under the patio roof and with weatherproof chair covers utilized for the winter. So happy with these chairs. Would definitely buy again!

The chairs are comfortable. The quality is good but I think they cost way more than their worth. I would definitely not buy them again. Also, it took my husband about 3to four hours to put the set together. They are not worth it.
