Really wanted a Mips helmet for my child. Liked the fact that this has a USBC rechargeable light. First one was great but too small. Second one fit great but the light was DOA and very loose (would come out a bit when unplugged), third one fits great and the light works as expected. Very light but very sturdy helmet.

I have several older helmets I have used for years. I did take a spill while wearing one helmet, but after careful visual inspection, I deemed the helmet usable. I should have replaced it after the first impact, but laziness and frugality triumphed. Several years later, it is time to retire that compromised helmet and replace it with something safer. I ordered this one specifically because I got a new mountain bike, and after reading up on MIPS protection and the benefits of an MIPS helmet, I decided to order one. Fit is good, and the comfort is decent. I need to wear it more to get used to the different feel, since I am so used to the fit and feel of my old helmets. It just takes time to adjust. I like having the built-in light for commuting. I live in the north, where it gets dark early, and there have been plenty of times I got back later from a ride than expected and had to ride home in the dark without any safety lights. Building it into the helmet means I always ride with a safety light.

This is a really nice MIPS helmet at a reasonable price. Based on reviews, I bought a medium, but feel it is too large for me. I rachet the size adjuster to the limit but feel it is still large. I do cycle in cold weather so I can wear ear warmers under it. This is my first MIPS helmet, so it might be they do sit high. The light on the back is a bonus - it has several different settings. All in all I would recommend.

Bought because it has good safety ratings based on Virginia Tech testing, should be really good value for money (Specialized Align is not sold on Amazon). Back light is useful for commuting. Helmet sizing feels smaller than expected.

Beau et confortable casque. Utile avec sa lumière derrière. Un peu frais a l’automne et hiver a cause des nombreuses fentes pour l’aération alors dois porter un cache tête mais si non j’imagine que l’été sera parfait pour ne pas trop transpirer. Je recommande.
