Overall, good canopy for the price. The top/canvas seems to be pretty good quality. The height is easily adjustable and setup is pretty easy.Haven't used the walls yet but the bag handles have almost completely ripped off after only 3 uses. And really wish the bag had wheels due to the weight of it. During setup of the 3rd time using it, one of the side/canvas support bars broke at the middle where it bolts to the crossing bar. The screw holding it together was extremely loose, so assuming it moved and wasn't supported like it should have been. Going to have to check all other screws to make sure they are torqued properly, hopefully won't have to do that every time.The main thing I don't like about it is there is a support going across the halfway point that is the same height as the side supports, and I hit my head on it constantly. Usually the bigger canopies like this don't have this, but I will juat have to get used to it.Update: the company states they do not have replacement bars, so they refunded me enough to buy a replacement bar. Very prompt and friendly customer service!

Purchased product for outdoor family function it rained and water collected on the top of structure and collapsed the entire structure bending the metal frame. When I attempted to return item I was told amazon was not responsible and would have to pay for return shipping to manufacturer Junk product buyer beware.

I ordered Friday and I got it Saturday, so that was pretty rad. For the price it's great. You get what you pay for. Well these days, you actually don't get what you pay for. But my point is, it wasn't an expensive tent. This product was probably 50 bucks to produce. But it worked for my garage sale just fine. However it's not very tall. If you walk around in it, you will hit your head on the cross bars if you are 5'8" or taller. We put ours up on blocks to prevent knocking myself out after I hit my head about three or four times. 🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸We (four of us was NEEDED) put it up on Sat. Sunday evening it started to rain. It rained for a week straight. Then two more days. Everything under the tent stayed dry. It got really windy on Monday; the sand bags provined were great. It does need more than those in a gust. Because of the shape of the roof it wants to lift off the ground. Had it not been for the sandbags it would have been a ball of tarp and polls in the street.It's a very thin and brittle kind of tarp. It's like a dollor store tarp if you've ever bought one. I can't see getting a whole lot of uses out of this, but when looking at these tents, a 10'x20' can run into the thousands. I needed to cover my stuff to protect it from the morning dew and the rain and it provided. I would use it for a party as long as I extend the legs with additional blocks or something. No wind and anchor it down as tight as possible. The walls provide extra support to the structure. Not extra suport, but necessary support. I would buy it again in the same situation. Or especially for a party or something like that when you really only need it the one time.

Bought this to use at a backyard birthday party. It was easy to set up and take down and provided much needed cover on a rainy Saturday. Fabric is a little flimsy, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting it to be super high quality. It’s definitely nice to have and I will be using it again!

Loops for the tent tie down tore during setup (no rain or wind). Photos of the tear along with weather conditions (from weather.com for proof) sent to customer service. CS indicated it was not covered by warranty because it was raining (which it was not). Product simply tore and seller is not willing to stand behind their product or warranty.Update. When the appropriate customer service reps got involved we reached an agreement that worked for everyone. A replacement canopy was sent. I have yet to use the replacement but the customer service team was very responsive and worked to gain my business and trust.

UPDATE: I am updating this review as the company reached out and apologized for the inconvenience of the product. They are working with me on the purchase and for that I am giving them a 5 star rating in customer service.Purchase this item for a party and it was not worth the money. Set it up for a party and the legs were not sturdy at all. The wind barely kicked up and the legs on the tent bent. We had 4 other tents up as well and nothing happened to those tents.

Worst experience with customer service I wanted to send back cause it's super hevey and much bigger than expected they would not wave shipping fee and restock fee why should I pay to send it back I had to go to bank to get full refund and I'll hold on to canopy until they wave shipping fee and restock fee and FedEx will need to pick it up it to hevey to send to UPS store or FedEx

We set up 3 pop up tents for my daughter’s graduation party and I want to mention it was perfect outside so weather was not an issue. We set this one up last and had multiple pieces break just when we were opening it up. The frame was so thin and such poor quality I couldn’t believe it. They’re so sharp when they break that I cut my thumb open trying to tape it together so we could as least use it somewhat for shelter. It was very stressful on an important day. I do want to mention the company did respond positively after I submitted photos and gave a full refund.
