UPDATE:: I was contacted by a representative of the company and they arranged for a new swing to make it right. EXCELLENT customer service, GREAT product for my autistic son. His special education and therapy teachers all love that he has it to help him regulate, he loves to try and fly around the room in it.***********I bought this as a Christmas present for my autistic 3-year-old. He LOVES it. Keeping a very active toddler happy when it is too cold and there's a foot of snow outside is really hard, but the swing has been amazing.Install was straightforward and the swing is secure in our ceiling in the living room. Its very easy to adjust the height on it and he loves it.The reason for the low rating is durability. It developed a hold after a month. Can't find a simple way to speak to the vendor on the platform.

Our little man loves this thing!! If you’re looking for a gift for a little one this is perfect! He loves to swing around in it and just sit and hide in it !

My kiddos love this. I had my husband put it up in our sensory play room and they were instantly swinging, spinning, and snuggling up with stuffies. My oldest boy even asked to get an adult size one so he can be a part of the fun too. I had been eyeing these for awhile and couldn’t get myself to spend hundreds of dollars on one but when I found this product I immediately purchased and cannot be more pleased with the durable quality. It’s definitely a bang for its buck. It did take my husband and his hardware tools to install. I don’t think I could have done it on my own.

We are using this item outdoors on our swingset. We had one small tear appear but not sure how it got there. I reached out to outtree and they sent a replacement two days later!Fun item for swinging, does stretch so make sure it hangs high enough. Quality and fabric are great.

Easy to install. My kids absolutely love it. We've had it for a year, and they are 2 years old. It's fun to use every night before bed.

Right out of opening I realized a hole which will probably continue to get bigger and the seem of the entire swing is out. It is a really nice product but I think mine came defected. Disappointed.I’m trying to get ahold of the costumer service to get my fabric replaced and I’m not having any luck.!

Hung it in a tree and the kids were trying all sorts of flips with it or just hang around in it. Nice addition in every garden for children

Excelente producto, lo tengo en el porche afuera desde hace dos años, me puedo subir yo con mi hijo (mas de 100kg entre los dos), y no le ha pasado nada, esta bastante grande y resistente. Justo esto por comprar otro para poner adentro y me da pendiente comprar otro mas barato por aquello de que no salga de tan buena calidad
