The product is good quality and heavy duty. However the angle is too low once opened. Maybe 4 ft high at the end where it's not attached to the house. I'm trying to find poles that are sturdy enough because it's heavy, to lift up since it's so low. I would probably buy again but not 100% sure.

Love it. Exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. Instruction were a little tricky but not as bad as everyone said. It’s all in metric so divide by 25.4 and problem solved. Went from coffee color to beige and love it.

WARNING!!!!!! Defective and dangerous product!!! DO NOT BUY.! Assembled and installed this product which the instructions are horrible and it took a whole day to install. Extended the awning fine, but then when I tried to retract the metal rails that hold the arms bent & broke way to easily, and the whole thing comes apart.It looks like they using cheapest grade of materials and manufacturing. Stay away!!!! This is not safe around humans or pets.

Quality is good, especially for the price. The instructions were hideous. I ended up hiring a contractor to finish the job and he and his crew had trouble following the directions!
