Wind does not blow this away! While the square design of an “easy up†is flipped tops turvey and canvas ripped apart with slight winds, this design does not. Seems to allow passage of wind tunnel. Wish I knew that. Still need to anchor well however. I use tie downs to a cinder block. Good value. Right size for a pickup.

We needed a canopy for my daughters graduation party and rather than buy two 10' x 10' canopys I decided to get this instead with the intent that I might be able to use it for its intended purpose (covering a car). This is a fairly decent canopy considering its price. Set up is straight forward and with the exception of installing the legs (I put them on last) one person can handle setting up the entire thing. I only needed help with the legs as I was concerned I might damage it trying to get the last 3 legs on. With two poeple (one on each end) it was a snap to lift the side without the legs and install them. The canopy comes with everything you need to set it up including stakes. For some reason I thought it had weights for the legs which I would have preferred as I'm using it on my asphault driveway and stakes won't cut it. The poles used for the frame are fairly light gauge galvanized steel which leads me to believe that it might not do well in winds over 30mph. If I had purchased this to be used as a permanent car canopy I would have sent it back and purchasesd something stronger as I can see this getting damaged and falling on your car.

I had to contact customer support because the top had a few tears but they sent a replacement right away at no cost. Very cool.

Yes, one person can do this, but takes all day. Surprisingly sturdy- Mine flew over the fence within a week, but structure fine and only a small slit in cover.Buckle that baby down even if it's just temporary. I used the bases to bolt to extra cement blocks I had.

This carport was fairly easy to assemble, and looked good once it was up. We ensured it was properly staked down and square. But after a couple of rain storms, the thin legs failed and it collapsed. The return window has closed, so we essentially threw $170 into a carport that lasted about 45 days. Buyer beware.

I am a female 73 so obviously I had hired a couple of men to set this up for me. But they were impressed with the quality of the product for the purpose intended. To keep leaves and pine straw (that falls like snow) off of my car. I have it set in concrete blocks instead of in the ground. I plan to put some kind of flowers or greenery in the second part of the concrete block. May even spray paint the blocks first white.
