Finishing back yard and wanted a bridge. Freaked out at pieces. However, I did this in two days. Understand I am treading in new water with building a bridge. I am proud and appreciate the complete directions, readable and easy. You, too, can build a bridge! Do give yourself two days to work on this.

This bridge is unsafe to use over ponds,the water proof color stain is washing off from the rain and into my koi pond. I have called the company 3 time and explained that the fish are acting sick and won't even eat. These fish are around 8yrs.old which means they are very large and would be extremely difficult and very costly to purchase more. I have told them this twice and was told a manager/supervisor would call me and they never did. I would not recommend this to anyone, if the water proof stain comes off so easy children are not safe touching it.

It's okay but I would not have bought it if I had seen it first. Low quality all around and smaller than ad said it was - less than 7ft.

It looks fine. Feels like it’s made out of balsa wood, but that’s pretty much what I was expecting for $200. I will probably need to put a coat of deck seal on it if I want it to last for more that 3 or 4 years. But I think it looks pretty good. I will probably have to use plastic inside the planter boxes too.

The width is 5 inches shorter than advertised. It is 30 inches and not 35. Ended up returning it as my yard machines won’t fit through it. Also the wood is very light weight and feels filmsy, not sure how long it would last through extreme weathers. It might be better to spend a bit more and get better material.

I hate leaving a bad review but this is a lot of money to lose out on. the wood is poor quality. id chose pallet board over this stuff. two of the post had large cracks down the middle when it arrive. one of which was obvious happened when the bolt holes where being drilled out. many of the pilot holes did not line up and aside from the bolt holes and the floor boards I had to drill my on pilot holes. the hardware was also thrown together half-hazardly so absolutely sort everything out before you begin. I had to use some of my own hardware but I got it together. you can certainly reinforce it with wood glue or more bracing but for the price of this. I suggest you get yourself 2 4x4x8 and a handful of fence post for $3 a piece from lowes and find the blueprints for a similar bridge. I bought this for my children's natural playground so thankful there won't be much weight on it but I'm still pretty bummed.
