LOVE the look of the cooler and it does seem to keep ice frozen for the most part, but not as well as I thought it would based on other reviews. The company also forgot to ship me the bottom tray (as I've seen them forget other pieces to other customers as well) so make sure you have all of your pieces if you order this. However, the cooler does work well and it was in good condition (minus the missing tray which was shipped out right away after I notified the company).

Put ice in this with my beer and soda 4th of July Morning almost 4 days later the bottles are still cold and it was close to 90 degrees for those next four days.

The product appeared to be used and defected. It was such an embarrassment that the water was leaking during my party, and luckily, I had another cooler that saved me and beverages to keep it cold; otherwise, It was almost returning to be a disaster. Henced product returned. Unreliable.

Dings and scratches everywhere.I think this item has been used and returned,and then sold to me, not the end of the world but the fact that it cost $350 i expect a new item as advertised,i wont "let it slide" at this price, you get what you pay for but in this case, i didnt.
