love that it's NOT a flimsy chair that will fold up on you when you sit on it. love the multiple angles so everyone can sit at whatever angle they want for comfort. love the pillow that can move down or up based on where you want it. great product design! good price for good chair.

Ordered two sets of two and only one set arrived. I contacted the seller immediately and they responded within hours, made arrangements to ship the missing set, and sent email updates on progress. Can't ask for more. The chairs are great, comfortable and sturdy for the most part. The plastic handle-ratchet system for changing the incline of the back had me worried but have had no problems with it.

I like the sturdiness of this chair, and it is comfortable. But, …I ordered black chairs, and here it is 2 months later, and from being in the sun they have faded to grey. I’m disappointed. I didn’t realize that I should not have left them in the sun. Yet they are outside chairs!!!Update to this review:The seller contacted me and is offering a partial refund of $25 for the chairs. I appreciate that and have told them that I will include this information in the review. Overall the seller has been gracious.

Love the chair! Comfortable! Being able to lean back makes watching sunset or the stars so easy. The head rest is a nice touch.

These chairs are on my terrace. They are comfortable and not bulky. They also fold and will store easily. The head rest fits me perfectly
