We bought the same glider last year. We liked it so much we got another this year. It is only a 2 seater, but is sturdy.

This glider is sturdy and comfortable. It matches all my other patio furniture. It was a little difficult to put together by myself, but I managed. The instructions are only drawings, no words, which confused me a little. But... I love it!

Bought 2 for front patio seating area. Love 'em.Arrived in sturdy carton, with no damage.Easy to assemble from the pictorials. Parts and hardware were labeled for link to the pictorials.Several other reviewers noted rust in places after the gliders had been outside for a while, so I preemptively painted them before assembling them. I used a tractor implement paint (tough, but had a 24-hour drying time).

This review is for the Four Seasons Courtyard customer service (the company that builds this bench).I have not built this yet as a piece was missing upon delivery by a third party company. I called the customer service line that was provided with the bench and got voicemail. I assumed I would not hear back and would just return the bench but to much delight first thing the next morning I received a call from Courtyard. Within minutes of receiving the call, I was off the phone and was told a new part would arrive at my home within 3 to 4 business days.The bench seems sturdy and I am looking forward to being able to build/use it.

I really like this item. It took way too long to put together. All tools were in one bag. Has to take time to sort and count them all. No markings to state front/back or outer/inner side of parts like arms, back, etc. Confusing since the holes looked a little different on each side. There are no written instructions only some pics stating what it should look like at this stage and a magnified circle of which parts are used. Pay very close attention to dotted circles and solid circles. There are no instructions as to what to do first, what to keep loose before moving on, etc. It just isn't user friendly. But I did manage to get it done, even with a damaged shoulder. It just did not need to be so confusing or take so long.

The bench was rather easy to assemble and it looks pretty good. still need a cushion to make it a primary sitting area but I am thinking of buying another one for the garden area

We were excited to give this to my father-in-law for outdoor sitting. Assembly instructions needed clarity, but with some basic mechanical skills, it can be assembled in an hour - assuming all the parts fit. While constructing the seat portion, we immediately discovered that the seat was approximately 1-3/4" longer than the backrest, making it impossible to attach to the two vertical uprights (simple geometry) unless we wanted to bend the uprights. Obviously, this option was no option.We contacted customer service, which was easy and convenient, even on weekends. We thought maybe a wider backrest could be provided. They advised me that I would have to send pictures of the assembly to ensure I knew what I was doing. They told me an email would be coming for me to send photos and get back to me in another 24 hrs. That email has yet to arrive.I considered using longer bolts on the backrest and living with an equal size gap on both sides of the backrest. However, we then discovered that the mounts on the glider section also needed to be narrower to accept the mounting brackets on the seat section properly. At this point, we began to wonder if we received parts from two different glider sizes. Now, with all patience exhausted, we decided to send the pile of mismatched parts back where they came from. Photos verify our claim. Good luck if you decide to go forward with this purchase.
