I like the product and it's easy to set up. When I received the product I didn't realize that one of the panels was defective. I contacted the seller and about a week later I receive the replacement panel. Great customer service!!

I only get this tent to use for painting. It’s so flimsy I can hardly use is as a painting tent. I was going to return it but since it’s so inexpensive, I’ve decided to reinforce it and keep it. But if anyone is planning on using it as an actual tent….forget about it! It’s too flimsy!

Great tent. Looms good, easy set up, though you do need 4 people to pull the legs out. Only wish the clip pins were metal instead of plastic and wish the bag had wheels on it. It's very heavy! Overall, it worked out great for the price.

I bought the Outvita 10x20ft Ez Pop Up Canopy for an outdoor high school party, and it was an excellent addition to our event. The canopy is incredibly easy to set up, taking only a few minutes with minimal help required. The four sidewalls provided protection from the wind and added privacy although they don’t fit perfectly. But, it works well enough for various occasions like parties, weddings, birthdays, and graduations.The structure is sturdy and held up well, even on a slightly windy day. The canopy material is durable and provided ample shade, ensuring everyone stayed cool and comfortable. The spacious 10x20ft size accommodated several tables and chairs, creating a welcoming and functional space for our gathering.Portability is another standout feature; it packs down compactly and fits easily into the included carrying case, making transportation straightforward. The poles have to be more solid they collapse the canopy has to be more thicker

When putting this tent together it is obviously on the more difficult side because it is large. So that's not the biggest issue. My biggest issue is the top cover had holes in it when taking it out of the bag and the velcro straps that hold it to the tent frame multiple of them ripped off. Also there's no instructions that show you how you need to put this together to give you a step-by-step guide. It served its purpose and it will be used probably a few more times before the entire fabric part on the top rips. Also make sure you have a step ladder to push the interior top pieces up. If you only need it for a handful of uses then this is a good cheap option considering other tents this size are double or triple the price. But you get what you pay for. Also the bag that it comes in is very flimsy. It rips right away when trying to the whole thing around because of the actual weight inside the bag of the tent.
