I bought one of these 2 years ago and they were great. This one got water in and it keeps getting more. I assembled correctly and made sure everything was tight. No good.

The awning is nice and can be very stable once secured. The problem with it is the top screw holes you cannot access with a regular power drill. It is best to drill pilot holes first and then put the screws in there after. Otherwise, you'll be driving them in at angles.

The awning looks good but performed poorly when exposed to water. Water gets in all of the joining parts and into the clear plastic channels. The moisture in the channels makes the awning look terrible. Not sure how this will perform with snow and ice.
