Make sure that the surface is dry and clean, then peel off the adhesive cover from the back of the sticker. Place and sticker on the surface and use a card to push out any air bubbles that appear under the vinyl.

Looks like a sticker but not 3x9 its size is 3x5. This is fine with me since I thought 3 x 9 was awful big for an oval. Other then that all is well
