Great quality easy to use, a must have if you want to reduce aluminum in your life. Great size can fit very nice size Turkeys. Also lightweight which is helpful as the Turkey itself is heavy enough.

Great item. Very sturdy and it cooked the turkey to perfection. Forget buying the aluminum pans and use this steel pan better. Easy to clean and healthier to use than aluminum.

Just used for this pan for the first time. The pan is not heavy and it cooked an18 lb. turkey beautifully. I used another rack rather than the one that came with it. That being said, after a little soaking in hot soapy water it, cleaning was so easy. Easier in fact than my previous and more expensive brand roasting pan which I cannot use because the coating is ruined. I gave it 4 stars because it arrived with a few small dents in it that don't affect the performance. Hoping it will continue to perform as nicely.

I cooked the Christmas Turkey in it and it turned out great. I had the idea of cooking beef roasts in it with the top on since most of the roasts turn out to be tough. I cooked one in it with the top on and it came out very tender- too tender for me. Next time I will cook it half way with the top on and take the top off for the rest of the cooking time. I also cooked a pork roast and took the top off half way through cooking, the meat was ok but the skin did not get crisp. I won't cook pork with the top on any more.It is kind of thin but I haven't any problems with it and it is easy to clean.

I like it, I will use it to bake a ham on Christmas. Seems perfect! And now I won't have to use aluminum foil.

This is an ok pan. It's stainless steel but it is very thin and I don't think it would hold up well with a big roast. Though it's technically big enough for a small turkey, the pan actually feels more like an aluminum pie tin than a heavy duty roasting pot. It's not even as sturdy as those graniteware roasters which are considerably heavier. We got this because we were worried the enamel on the graniteware could wear off after scrubbing hard and a few years of use, so I suppose this roasting dish is safer as it's all stainless steel. It's very light weight and it has a lid. The handles are welded on, so don't know how long they will hold on to the pan. We had no problems cleaning it. Ok for everyday use, best for a small 4-6 pound chicken etc. Does the job. Wish it were heavier grade steel.
