OVO 630 vacuum replaced an aging central vac. Enjoying at least 2x the suction power and the vacuum power head now getting carpets much cleaner. Easy to install, directions and you tube video make the job easy enough a novice can do it.

I purchased this central vacuum to replace my old Beam unit. It was fairly easy to install as it hooked up very easily onto my current pipes and inlets. So far everything is superior than my old one, it has more suction and is much quieter than my previous Beam. It uses disposable bags, which is way easier to empty than before. So far, excellent value and vacuum, I recommend to anyone that had an old beam central vacuum to replace!

It seems to work well. I like that It is much quieter than the one that it replaced. I like that it runs for a couple of seconds after you pull the hose out in order to clean out the line. I like that it emptys from the bottom so I don't have to get on a ladder to empty it out of the top. There is supposed to be a choice to run it with a bag or bagless. I ran it bagless for about 30 seconds and it was already starting to clog the hep filter. I took it apart and blew out the filter with my compressor and put a bag in it.. I wish there was a way to use the bags over again. I might try to jury rig a way to do it. My old vac had open top bags. I could empty it easily and put it back in. I actually double bagged it to keep the insides cleaner. Another advantage of the open bag is that if you suck something up by mistake, it might be on top of the contents in the bag and be retrieved easily. My old vac also had a port right on the unit and this one doesn't. I know that I can make another port just before the piping goes into the unit but that's just another project to deal with. This new unit cost about the same as it would have to fix my old one. Time will tell if I grow to like it better.

Central vac is the bee's knees.The install isn't hard, it's just PVC and glue.If you can install a wall outlet, you can install a central vac.This one is made in Canada, instead of China.

So I ordered this in the beginning of June and so far the vacuum/ motor works well. I really like it.Butttttt the handle is cheap and the kink free hose is not at all kink free.It has begun to kink and whistle at the back of the handle where the hose connects.Very cheaply made and I don’t anticipate it holding up at all.Do not waste your money.Again. This is for the handle not the motor.

Works great in my 3200 sqft house (plus about 1500 additional sqft finished basement). Excellent price. Received it in about 1 week. Easy to install. Strong suction. Easy to remove bottom for debris removal.

We replaced our old central vacuum after 15 years. We did some research and this vacuum rated very highly by both customers and consumer reports. After weeks of use I have to agree that this is a great vacuum.It is very quiet and the unit is very efficient. It picks up all the hair our 2 pups leave behind and it does a great job on our area rugs.We use the vacuum several times a week and it does a great job. Easy to install, easy to clean out, and much quieter than our old unit.

so happy with the power of the suction and light weight of the hose. fairly easy for my hubby to install from our older central vac system (not Ovo). The only draw back is that the vacuum hose kinks fairly easily. I purchased bags separately cause none came with the vacuum. I wanted extra dust protection for my dogs hair. Fairly low noise compared to our older 2001 system. Enjoying it.
