We just installed our unit and it is amazing. The suction is excellent and the hardware is working great! Love that it comes with a 10 year warranty....hoping I do not need it.

I purchased this to replace an old system that was likely installed when the house was built in the mid 1970's. I had a couple of questions regarding installation and this company went out of their way to make sure that I had accurate information.My husband was able to very quickly install the unit using the directions provided personally from Nadair.The unit is so much smaller but so much more powerful than the old unit.And it is so much quieter! I could never vacuum if my husband was working in the garage before because the noise from the old unit was deafening.Great buy and great service!

First, let me say that I love the vacuum itself. It was easy to mount, it's relatively quiet and it has so much suction that I sometimes have to open the little vent in the hose because it's suctioned itself to the floor. I'm not so enamored of the deluxe accessory kit and that's why I took a star off.First, the hose is not kink-proof. In fact it kinks rather easily and at least once each time I vacuum I lose suction and have to search back along the hose and give it a twist to unkink it.The handle is too thin and my hands get tired holding it. I will probably wrap it with tennis-racket tape or something. It comes with a power head and a non-power head. There's a button on the handle that snaps into a little hole in the side of the pipe to hold the head on. The pipe on the non-power head had the hole in the wrong place so it wouldn't latch. I was able to fix that with some judicious filing. The non-power head doesn't lay flat enough. Our couch is on hardwood so I don't need the power head but I can't get very far under it with the non-power head. The power head does lay flat. It works really well too, although a bit heavy. I just don't like using it on hardwood floors.Finally, the little round dust brush has very soft bristles. On the one hand, that's a good thing--they won't scratch anything. But they're so soft and the suction so powerful that the entire inner half bends inward mostly blocking the hole. Even with the host vent fully open.Overall, I really like the vacuum. Installing a central vac has been on my to-do list for a long time. I just wish the attachments were as good as the ones on our old ^#%@& canister vac.

Unit was lighter than the old one! My wife says the suction is a big improvement.

Love it! God only knows how many vacuum cleaners we have had over the years. I wish I had this since the first house we had 30 years ago. Works fantastic, way better than the homemade shopvac hacks. Totally surprised at how well it works and really how quiet it is.

The vacume is clean and sturdy however there are two things I find inconvenient ..first is the filter plugs quickly and loses suction the filter needs cleaned with every use . Second is the wall mount bracket ..the whole unit must be lifted off the wall just to remove the canister when the filter is clogged ...if you have a lot of fine dirt and dust the filter must be cleaned every time it is used ...the canister is not easily removed when in its wall bracket ..

I installed with 6 ports. it works very good! The power head cleaned our carpet to the point that it looks new. The non-powered brush works like a dream on the hardwood and tile.The suction far surpasses our Dyson and its whisper quiet. I bought the installation kit on Amazon and only needed a few extra pipe connections and it was easy to setup in the unfinished basement.This is the first time I have installed, or used a central Vac and I can say it 100% worthwhile and surpassed my expectations.You Tube has some great installation tip videos to help!

For such a small footprint, this vacuum packs a lot of punch! It has incredible suction, even at the furthest location in my house. Installation was a breeze. I had a small issue that OVO took care of, pronto. It's super quiet operation allows you to stand next to it and still have a conversation! Mine is installed in my garage. I used the flex hose to attach my PVC pipe to the unit. This way I can take the vacuum off its hook (like to service, etc.) The included dust bag seems quite small, but after one vacuum of my house, the bag was 1/8 full! I guess that goes to show you just how much dust and debris gets stuck in your carpet. The beater head works very well on my carpeted stairs. It felt like the beater brush was stuck to the carpet, there's that much suction, plus you have the beater brush spinning at a high rate of speed. My carpets actually look much better after the first go-around with this central vacuum. I'll never go back to any other type of vacuum. BTW - my house is around 3,900 sq. ft. and this vacuum is rated for up to a 7,500 sq. ft. home. The 630 is all you need (don't go for the 700 or 750 unless you have a super large home.) OVO Support even told me I could get away with their mini (black) OVO built-in central vacuum. I wish I had gone with the 35' foot hose instead of the 30' hose. It just means having to watch the hose as it goes around corners, etc. 100% I recommend this brand. Their warranty is awesome as well!!

I really like this central vacuum. It sucks up the dirt very well. I only wish I had purchased a shorter hose. I find the hose does turn and kink because it is too long. I should have purchased the next size down.
