I was surprised by how accurate this was. You need to press the Tab button to show the option to zero out the meter, but once you have your offset, measurements through the clamp were within 0.01A of direct readings across a couple other different meters.I don't run into many instances where I can't use direct measurement, don't want to control/measure at the power supply, but am able to separate the V+/live and GND/neutral lines, but for these cases, a clamp meter works surprisingly well on both AC and DC. I've been impressed with the accuracy, and the meter seems very accurate regardless of how I have the conductor inside the clamp (that is, it doesn't need to be centered or straight). As for a scope & meter otherwise, it's fine, but it's a good bit larger than what I'd use otherwise, and doesn't have an integrated stand. Voltage, capacitance and amp reads near-exactly match other calibrated tools. The probes it come with have little exposed conductor; you can't get alligator clips on it, but it's good for checking testpoints where it's important you don't accidentally short something. As a scope, it's slower than other options in this price range but serviceable for many tasks. The big draw here is the clamp meter, with the rest being likely good enough if you need it.

The NCV on mine doesn't work most of the time. There are no instructions on how to get around on the menu to use features.

The concept of monitoring the line voltage or current is super. I own the Owon 2100B which is the non-scoped little brother which got my interest in this new meter.Unfortunately when switching modes in the oscilloscope function the auto start/view function kept stalling or would show wrong values. Plugged into a 120V wall outlet I would often get 2,3,4 volt readings until forcing the unit to refresh. This is poor programming and/or the processor is just now powerful enough.I will watch for an update for this model but Owon, who I respect highly, just didn't work the bugs out or went too cheap on the computing power/software.

I've been using this to tune car audio amps and check amperage coming from alternators. It works really good and for the price you can't beat it. Also the oscilloscope updated very fast it inst laggy or anything.

I'm really liking the build quality of OWON's stuff. The over molding is well done, and the meter has a nice solid feel to it. It's amperage range is one I hope to never have a chance to fully test, but everything I've tested it on (down on the safer side of things) seem to be in spec. You can choose between different display formats for a "dark mode" feel if you'd like as well.
