I had been suffering for a while with a cheap peeler for peeling butternut squash. I am glad that I made this switch. It is easy to use, durable, and washable. I have used it a handful of times now, and it still does the job.

I say the YouTube video on this for making coleslaw....and it's just massive in how well it does with that. But wait, there are so many other things that you can make with this try it for fresh potato chips, very thin sliced onions for pickling and relish, perfect for those large flat dill pickle slices for sandwichs.

I have an old school peeler that struggled to peel a cucumber so I got this and man am I thrilled. Large peeling area so less time to peel but larger area means be careful where your hand is or your fingers because you could nick yourself. Very happy with my purchase.

This works wonders for peeling butternut squash! Just be super careful and don't peel too fast. I accidentally cut the tip of finger b/c the device is extremely sharp

Enfin un outil pratique pour faire mes salades de chou blanc ! Je ne voulais pas de mandoline trop dangereuse à mon goût ni d'appareil encombrant, cet éplucheur est parfait. Attention cependant, j'ai réussi à m'éplucher un mini-bout de peau de doigt (rien de grave, c'est totalement guéri) en faisant ma troisième salade, j'avais pris la confiance. :) Quatrième salade prévue ce soir !Aussi, n'oubliez pas d'enlever le plastique bleu de protection ça marche beaucoup mieux sans, ahah :p
