I make homemade pizza dough and needed a reusable silicone bag to store dough in the fridge. This bag is fantastic for dough. It's much more supple than other silicone bags, which allows it to expand if the dough expands in the fridge.It seals well and is easy to open and close. Ziplock bags keep the moisture in a little more if you need to store anything for longer periods. But for short-term storage (like a week) it's fantastic. The tiny difference in performance is totally worth it to have a reusable bag that doesn't leach plastic into your food.The other great thing about this bag is you can roll it up to store it. This is the only silicone bag I've tried that allows that. That means you can store this in a drawer with your bags.It also doesn't have a seam, which is a point of failure for other silicone bags.The only challenge is drying it. You need to dry it with the bag open. But it flops over which makes it challenging. So I use a bottle or something long to hang it over so it can dry. It's a little awkward, but it works.It's pricey but I'm thinking of getting more bags in different sizes because the quality is top-notch. I love Oxo's quality. I've been using this for almost 5 months and this looks like it'll serve me for a long time.If you need to store dough or simply want to roll up your silicone bag to store it in a drawer, this is the bag to get!

I love this bag! I know it’s a kitchen item but I like to use it as a make up bag / toiletries. It is waterproof and great for travel. It is a bit pricy but durable, reusable and super easy to use.

To preface this review, I am currently on the hunt for the perfect dog treat pouch set-up. I used this bag inside a bigger treat pouch to help keep the treats from drying out and from spilling when the bag tips.Pros:-Perfect size for the pouch I wanted it to fit in. make sure to check the dimensions if you are wanting to use it for something similar-great seal. I ordered another similar pouch of a different brand and this OXO one by far had the better seal-love the flat bottom, it makes refilling the bag much easier-great quality. I've used other OXO products and have never been disappointed with their quality, this bag includedCons:-The top is wider than the bottom. I understand why it has to be this way and I don't think it could be changed unless the overall shape was different.-For my purposes, I wish there was a way to "lock" it in the open position. This would make filling the bag even easier and would give me the option of leaving it open like a bowl/jar would be.I would rebuy and would recommend to anyone looking for something similar to what I was.

Hard to transition to these away from much cheaper disposable bags. But the quality is very nice and it feels really sturdy. Turn it inside out when you want to wash and dry it. The seal is good too. Just keep in mind you will need a place to store these when not in use and they take up a lot more space than disposable ziplocks. On the flipside you should need less of them!

I didn't know I needed this product until I saw it. I'm someone who only makes a few bacon strips at a time (in the microwave). Storing the unused bacon was always a nuisance. This storage bag is perfect. When I first got it I thought it was way too small for a pound of bacon but it's the perfect size. Easy to seal and, best of all, easy to clean.

This has the potential to be a great product. The plastic is sturdy and the seal is easy to Ms populate and strong. The one drawback is that a little tight and not always easy to fit the bacon. In or remove it from the bag.

I bought 2 of these because I make a sandwich for my work lunch everyday and I wanted to allow one bag to be used one day; wash it and then have a dry one ready to go the next day. These have a really thick zip close opening that is really easy to close shut. They are very large that my sandwich easily looks so small in it. I have only hand washed these and air dried then on a small bottle drying rack. I recommend getting a bottle drying rack for these as it’s pretty heavy to leave laying down to to try and dry out.
