I cook a lot. Usually nothing fancy but it is so helpful to check the internal temps during cooking. This is quick and seemingly accurate and has saved my from over or undercooked meals.

Who would have thought that a cooking thermometer would be a joy to use, but this is truly a delight. It's so accurate, it turns itself on and off, it rotates 360 degrees, and it even comes in its own little pouch to protect it in the drawer. It is expensive, but if you rely on cooking temperatures as much as I do it's really worth it to have such a great tool.

True to OXO products, this works great! Easy to use. Easy to read. Cleans well. I don't know why I waited so long to replace my thermometer that took over 30 seconds to display the temperature of my dishes while, roasts, casseroles and sauces cooled during that time. These would make great gifts for stubborn people like me!

I'm left handed and this works well for both left or right handed users. The readout is instant and the display is easy to read. I mostly use it check the temperature on the grill or smoker. I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend it.

I love this thermometer. It's very easy to use, simple design, and it actually works for left-handed people as well as right-handed people. The display automatically flips over for lefties or righties, shows farenheit temps, and opens and closes easily, with an auto-shut off! I love it and replaces 3 thermometers that were not nearly as easy to use as this one!

I can’t believe I have cooked without this! It has truly changed the way I cook. My old thermometer took so long to read. The OXO is instant read and very accurate. My grilled meats are now exceptionally good because they are not over cooked. It is worth every penny.
