Very useful. Was expecting something somewhat bigger - it's really more to be used at the table than in the kitchen. It's a standard sized salt shaker - holds maybe 3 oz of salt. The spout is very handy to pour extra salt. I love anything OXO - always well made and worth the money.

I love these salt and pepper shakers! Sometimes I need more salt or pepper than normal and the convenience of the easy poor spouts allow you to utilize more salt for recipes. The base is not glass. It is plastic. These are very cute and easy to clean and now one of my favorite salt and pepper shakers

I like this caps and dual function pour/shake. However, the plastic body is smaller than expected and contains less pepper/salt than inexpensive glass body ones. Also, it is a plastic body. Should withstand clumsy people like me but would rather have a glass body that is also bigger.

These are fantastic! They are well made, look great, salt/pepper comes out nicely and the pour spout is an awesome bonus! For me it’s so much faster than dealing with bulky containers when I need a teaspoon.

I have tried several different salt/pepper shakers and these are the best. They are modern looking, easy to clean and fill. The salt and pepper can be shaken out from the top or poured from the small flip open flap on the side.

They are acrylic not glass and I like that. They have a little spout on each for pouring. Very nice.

I'm a big fan of Oxo kitchen utensils; I know they're not cheap and they're not cheap for a reason: they last.However, even I nearly balked at this price for a salt shaker. Having said that, because this has a pouring spout as well as shaker holes, it's perfect for what I wanted. A receptacle for table salt to sit with my other most-used condiments next to the hob. I use kosher salt for seasoning/finishing which I keep in a salt box but I didn't want another for table salt - which I use for salting water for cooking potatoes & pasta - and I also needed a salt shaker for occasional use (some of my family insist on table salt for chip shop chips for example).This does both & holds enough salt that I won't need to refill too often, and it looks good.

Le faite que l'ont puisse saupoudrer par le dessus ou verser une plus grosse dose fait tout dans cette ensemble (pratique je trouve surtout avec le sel).Plus grand aurait encore été mieux ( je trouve), mais qd même hyper pratique au quotidien d'avoir un bel ensemble qui peut aussi bien aller au bord de la cuisson que sur la table ensuite.
