Disassemble the old printhead.
- 1.Turn off the power, loosen the printhead button, disconnect the power and data cables, and remove the old printhead.
Connect the new printhead cable.
- 2.Take out the new printhead, connect the power and data cables, and then carefully install the printhead back to its original position.
Install a new printhead.
- 3.After the printhead and print-module are installed in place, lower the toggle bar, close the printhead, and then fasten the printhead bracket button.
Installation is complete!
- 4.Turn on the power, place the label paper, and you can start using it. Installation is complete.

Though OEM, this produce acceptable, clean print. Some unknown generics produce non-acceptable prints. We'll see how long this continues producing decent prints.
