This Rexing USA Body Camera came package securely from Amazon.This body camera is a very useful product that can be invaluable to those in law enforcement, celebrities', security officers, or anyone else that may need daily security. Living in a very rural area, I love the camera for my own security and peace of mind that if anything crazy ever happens, I'll have the evidence to back up what has happened.The video is very good. It's not 4k but everything is in HD. It also has a wide lens that captures a more panoramic view, which could be important. The night vision on this is fantastic. I'm out and about a good deal at night with animals and it's reassuring that the unit will capture everything, even if I can't see it. The 128 gb capacity will record hrs. and hrs. of video. The battery will allow you hrs. of recording too. Sound is good and this unit picks up noises very well.This unit has the ability to playback video on it's small LCD screen. Using a computer allows for a much better picture though. It's very durable and waterproof, though I wouldn't go swimming with it on. It's very compact as its footprint is only about 2 by 3 inches. It's lightweight and super easy to wear. You won't even know you have it on after wearing in for a while.The unit is very user friendly. Very simple to get through the entire menu. The buttons are ok to work with although they are pretty small. If you don't have great eye's, you'll need reading glasses to see everything clearly. If you plug it into your computer, you'll have the ability to add a password so no one else can access your video's, however they would still be able to erase the images if they reformatted the disk. There's also a very loud siren you can access with one touch in case of an emergency.So, as you can see Rexing is offering about everything you need in a security body cam. There is really nothing overly negative enough to mention. I guess if you're looking for a super good picture while your on the move, this doesn't have video stabilization like some other video recording products. You're also not paying $400 for the unit either.All in all fantastic unit. 5 stars.

The view on this thing is close to maybe 100 degrees at the most and certainly not even remotely close to 170 degrees. There's no possible way to have 170 degree view with a flat lens. It's physically impossible. This is blatant false advertising.

Video quality is only so-so, but it’s not like you’re making movies with it so it’s OK. The password protection is really false. While you cannot delete videos or images through the camera, all you have to do is turn on the camera and reformat the SD card, which will delete all media.

I work in security and often I have so many "stories" told from some of the most entitled people you have ever met. After a handful of these situations and accusations, I decided to obtain this and strangely the accusations aren't as often nor is the investigation of the stories that are told. As I just pull this out and play whatever footage is needed and settle the situation immediately. Thsi thing is quite easily setup and ready to go.. a good charge and microSD card and you are good to go. the audio recording doesn't sound the best ont eh device itself but in playback on PC or whatnot. sounds much better and crisp. the footage is pretty detailed all according to what settings you have it tuned for. for the price this product has saved and covered my ass way more than nit cost. WAY worth it in my eyes

I am familiar with RexingUSA because they make some of the nicest dashcams that you can buy for your car. I am not a police officer, but I do volunteer work for my local police department, so I was intrigued when I saw this camera. One thing I should point out right away is that it does not have integrated memory and it does not come with an SD card. You will need to supply your own in order to record videos with it. After comparing this camera to the ones that the police officers I know use, I can say that the overall quality of this one is not nearly as good as the models they have. But their body cameras are also much more expensive. This camera might work out OK for a smaller police department that has a limited budget, but I'm just not sure how good the long-term durability will be compared to more professional models. The image quality of the camera is pretty good, but it's not an action cam. So if you move a lot the video will be somewhat blurry due to the lack of image stabilization. But the night vision is pretty good. I was surprised at how good the quality was when I was walking outside where it was completely dark and there wasn't even a street light nearby. I will update this review when I have used this camera more and I have a better idea of its strengths and weaknesses. But for the price, I think it's actually a good value, despite the fact that it doesn't come with an SD card.
