Q1: How do I adjust the length of the chains?
A1: You can adjust the length by selecting which link in the chain to hook to the carabiners.
Q2: Why are the chains not entirely coated with plastic?
A2: The plastic coated part protects your fingers from getting pinched and your long hair from getting tangled while the uncoated part makes it possible for you to adjust the length of the chain.
Q3: The plastic on the chain became sticky. What can I do with it?
A3: We suggest you clean the plastic with some liquid soap and then use clear spray paint to put a coating over the plastic to protect it
Zinc-plated chains
Two zinc-plated chains are covered with thermoplastic, so that they are smooth to touch & can prevent corrosion and anti-rust. They have also passed the pull test and RHOS standard, so you can feel assrued to use it.
Thickened & Soft Seat
The 26"x5.5”swing seat is made of EVA plastic material,which is not only strong but also soft to let you feel comfortable. It is easy to clean when get dirty.
Extra Hanging Straps
Two 23.6" hanging straps are included, which make the swing easier to hang on the tree. Their good good performance of bearing force will let you feel safe. （Note: Avoid using on rough/sharp surfaces that will reduce the life of the strap）

Bought this swing for my 2.5 year old. With lockdowns in place we were no longer able to take our regular walks to the park to go and swing but she would still ask me every day for "swing". We felt so bad we couldn't explain this to her or let her know why we couldn't take her to go and swing.We have a single tree which could work for a swing. I didn't want to build any other structures in our yard or have a traditional swing-set as we may not stay in this house very long. I also did not want to permanently damage our only healthy tree or have a lengthy install/remove process for a swing.This product has been a 10/10 for us and we have used it for dozens and dozens of hours after only having it for a few weeks. It is a daily activity now when the weather is decent.Package comes with everything you need for standard set-up.No screws or drills, hammering, or damage, etc. Just simple straps and hooks but this is still very secure.Install took about 5 minutes (could take less but had issues with my ladder).Seat itself is material you would expect from a commercial swing-set, hard rubber or plastic, etc. Probably uncomfortable on bare skin after rubbing back and forth but we combat this by making sure clothing covers the "seat" portion while swinging (same with every other swing, I would imagine and not unique to this product).The chain section where little hands grip is coated in a smooth covering which prevents fingers from getting caught or smashed by the chains (this does not go the length of the chain, but that is by design).I anticipate removing this during the winter months and then again when we end up moving to a different property. Based on the ease of the installation process I expect this to also take 5 minutes or less.The only potential "con" for future purchasers is if your tree is not the proper height for a "standard" set-up for this product. My only tree branch was about ~10 feet off the ground and this swing is installed at its maximum length. For a branch shorter than ~10 feet off the ground you would simply attach the swing to a link further up the chain, no problem. For a branch longer than ~10 feet off the ground you will need to source and install an extension strap or chain of some sort. Either way, if you measure your tree and know ahead of time to get an extension strap or chain, or know that you can perform the standard install, the whole process should take 5 minutes or less.Best $30~ purchase I have made in recent memory. My daughter now says "I love swing". So glad we found this solution.

We used it for a swing we could put up, use, and take down on the trees in our community’s common areas. It is super easy, strong, and the kiddo was thrilled to have a sense of a playground while the playgrounds are still closed. It held the adults well too. Honestly, I was shocked how pleased I was with this product.The seat was brightly and consistently colored, thick but comfortable. The covered plastic over the chains near the seat protect little hands from pinches and heat.Worth noting is that I used it by placing the yellow band around the branch and threading the metal triangle end through the closed loop. It made more sense and allowed for varied tree branch sizes. An issue some stated they had. (It made more sense than the diagram that seemed to indicate you could put the closed small loops directly around a branch. I’m not sure how you would do such a thing. It would only work if you were putting a metal bar through it that was hooked to a structure or ceiling.)You can shorten the chains if the slope of the hanging branch makes one side higher, allowing a ton of versatility.This swing would be awesome camping in woodsy areas too! Between price, ease of use and quality, I’m extremely pleased.

Update...just want to let others know not to use just anything to hang the swing. The metal used in the chains is soft. I didn't think about it wearing down so thin! I bought this swing christmas eve, its now May 20, so fair warning. Use the correct hardware. .....Wowzers! Now THIS is a swing! I had to replace my sons "favorite" swing..actually its more of his preferred side of the swingset lol unfortunately the swing that came with the dang swingset broke while he was swinging 2 times! I am still heated about that. Then i found this awesome swing! It arrived super-mega-ultra strong in comparison to the one from our swingset. This has the nylon straps. the extra long chain. The chain in itself is double the thickness as the one we had. Super safe. I thank you so much. I am at ease with his swinging all day now. Oh yes so our swingset is just a metal set. At first my sons dad tried hanging the swing from the straps lol but no way. To low to the ground! even with it at the yellow part of the chain. So I took down our broken junk swing and cut off the ends attached to the hardware so i could just clip and secure this swing onto the hardware (bolts holding swings to swingset) easy enough for me. Perfect. I'll add a photo soon.

I don't normally do product reviews, but I was so impressed by the 'quality' of this product I had to. The rubber seats are rather thick and yet very flexible and what a colour - beautiful bright pink! This set comes with nice heavy-duty chains, straps and carabiners that look great and will provide all the support needed. I am not sure about the price but if you want a quality product, this set will not disappoint.
