This is a bit big and bulky. Not the slim one that I thought it would be but let me tell you something!!!! I put this thing in my bathroom with three little boys and it is a life changer. It definitely makes people giggle but more people need to have these in their house!!

The lock on the top of the unit is kinda tricky to get to function correctly. Overall I am pleased with the unit as it does what it says it will do and operates very nicely. It makes a very nice addition to my Car Guy Garage and adds and element of coolness! Overall I am happy with the unit.

Puchased 6 of these to replace another brand at our commercial wedding venue. Really happy with the quality and how they work. They hold more more product and are super quite. No jams and dispense even time. Would recommend Pacific Blue over other brands.

I really like how the sensor isn’t too sensitive but enough to where it’ll actually work. It’s amazing and I love that it comes with a roll of paper!

This product is useless. Waving the hand in front of the sensor maybe works 10% of the time. 1 inch, maybe 2 inch or sometimes 3 inch towel will be dispersed. Changing the settings and batteries have done no good. Unfortunately, I missed the return window as it was not installed for a couple of weeks after arriving and so I stuck with this piece of junk! Will have to buy something else as this does not goo.

Overall it's a good dispenser, only complaint is that it's hard to open to replace the towels. I wish there was an option to replace the keyed lock at the top with a simple knob, for those who do not need the extra security of locking their paper towels. The problem with the built in lock is that the key doesn't stay in it, it just falls out and gets lost or misplaced, and it's also hard to get it in the slot as it is located at the very top of the dispenser where you cannot see it.
