I recall using these back in the late 80's and early 90's as a fashion trend. I bought my granddaughter some college logo tees for Fridays at school but they're too long and get bunched up if tucked in. These were the perfect size for her 6 year old hands to loop the corner of her tees to fit. She loves the glittery look and colors.

I was looking for a smaller T-shirt ring to use on thinner material. This one said 1 inch center diameter. It was actually 1-1/4 inch. Too big for what I needed. But not worth sending it back.
