I ordered these to match the color of my truck. They are shackles. Period. That said, they are they powder coat / paint is free of defects and the all parts fit perfectly. The package also included a pair of work gloves! I call that value add! They look good, are easy to install, and I am happy with them.

I bought these to use them with a winch and a tree-saver strap. Although I have not used them that way, they look to be very well made, heavy with a nice finish which may not last. And a pair of knitted gloves are included which I did not expect!

They seem to work fine. powder coat finish isn't very durable and is also too thick.
