Once you tighten them down, these collars stay in place very well. We are using them to hold the tail stock of a lathe in place, and as you can imagine, there is a tremendous amount of vibration. Previous solutions have eventually vibrated loose, but this collar seems to be holding very nicely.

The bore was oversized and these would not tighten on a 6mm shaft, even with the screw as tight as I could get it. I ordered 3 packs total, and every single one was like that, about 0.1mm oversized. I ended up drilling and tapping another hole for an M3 set screw to make it work, but most people don't have the luxury or capability of doing that. Don't waste your money on these!

Using these on a router sled's motion rails. 2 out of 4 fit perfectly. The other 2 are too tight to fit on the 20mm rail. Fit and finish is good, but the allowable tolerances are crap.
