Very easy to use, as expected. Seem to be well built. I'm using these to tighten cable running across my yard to hang lights from, and they have worked perfectly so far.

These work well weather well and seem to last a long time. They are easy to adjust and inexpensive and easy to use.. I would recommend these for moderate size jobs. They can be difficult to remove if corrosion set in.. so protect them with a water repellent anally.

My mom's old clotheslines were tied directly to the eyelets on the posts which made it time consuming to tighten them all to the same tightness (sp?). Since she needed new posts, I decided to try these at one end and they have plenty of range to get the sufficiently tight and even for all of the lines.

I bought these so I could tighten my clotheslines and also since they have a hook on one end I can take down the lines if necessary. Seem to be sturdy and will buy again for other uses
