I read a lot of reviews on this mail box that say the instructions were unclear and that it was hard to put together. Perhaps the manufacturer has improved the instructions as I found them to be very clear, plus they included a link to a very well done step by step video. The only problem I have with this box is there is no place to put outgoing mail, but we send so little mail anymore that it's not a big problem.

First, the instructions to put this together are horrible and not reliable. I’ve assembled a lot of things over the years and this one had me guessing. I looked at the other customer pics and video to guide me through a bit. Overall, if your patient and like challenges, the finished product is sturdy and functions great. The lock mechanism functions fine on my unit and the parcel box is quite roomy for boxes. The paint coating is nice and the door compartment works great. I added some pictures hoping it will help the next person with their assembly. If it wasn’t for the lack of instructions, I honestly would have given it 5 stars.

The item is so cheaply made. Panels showed up with small dents, the instructions were terrible, the parts were not labels, the nuts and bolts were not even in a bag.. just thrown in the box, zero instruction on how to put the lock on.. not even the same lock shown in the picture! Super disappointed in this product!

So the instructions looked good enough on the surface but when it came to putting together the upper door pull out assembly, where the mail man deposits the box, it was a challenge. I recommend you watch the video or you will spend 3 hours wrestling with it like I did.When you finally install the last bottom door, where the packages are retrieved, remember to pull out two pesky little clear ribbits on the left side. If you don't you won't be able to turn the key to lock the door. You can yank them out with a plier. Good luck.

Attractive looking mail/package box. As others have commented, the assembly process was not straight forward. Pieces did not come labeled, so even working with the assembly video took extra time. Shipping box came dented, and as such pieces were dented and/or scratched upon opening. A few pieces already had the powder coating coming off. After 2 days outside it has already started to rust in the areas that either the powder coating was damaged or was never fully adhered from manufacturing.

In fact, it is very enormous, and I believe that this capacity is one of the product's most significant advantages. As someone who receives items of varying sizes on a regular basis, I have discovered that this box is capable of simply receiving and delivering anything from little goods to enormous delivery. Due to the fact that it is freestanding, I would be able to position it directly on my porch without having to make any adjustments. It fits in well with the façade of my house, and the contemporary style is really very appealing to the eye. Lockable safe storage compartment is one of the characteristics that I like the most about this product. When I know that my packages are being kept securely and are hidden from any prospective porch pirates, I experience a significant increase in my sense of calm. I enjoy that it comes with a pair of backup keys in the event that I lose the original key. The lock mechanism is simple yet efficient, and I am grateful for this feature. I believe that the cost is well worth it since it provides piece of mind, particularly if you are often away from home during the hours that it is being delivered.

UPDATE: The seller VERY promptly shipped me the hardware that was originally missing. The mailbox is assembled and unfortunately our mailman is now able to deliver things like utility bills and certified mail with ease and confidence.The seller was really great clearing up my issue with the hardware. The assembly was quick and painless, and the box looks great. It is pretty solid and should serve us well.The cons: This item is difficult to assemble without hardware. It just falls over without the screws and bolts that were supposed to be included in the packaging. The pile of powder coated steel panels in front of my office building was not immediately recognizable as a legitimate mail delivery location for our letter carrier, and as such mail and parcel deliveries have been complicated.The pros: No bills are arriving.Hopefully product support is able to ship me the hardware quickly - although I can't imagine where the delivery service will leave the package without a box to deliver to. What we have here is a little catch-22 going on. Hopefully a positive outcome on the horizon. I'll keep you posted (pun intended).

It arrived in good time. Very well packaged. When I assembled it I had a few problems but watching the video link and using the email address for support resolved those issues. Best customer support I think I've ever had. They listend and responed to my issues and immediately fixed them for future customers. It doesn't get any better than that. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. Now I can receive a package 7 days a week. Day or night, without any worry that it will be stolen or damaged by rain or wildlife etc. Solid and reliable. Amazon will ship my orders faster in seperate packages so I get my deliveries even faster now. Delivery personel recognize the box and know to place the package in it. It comes with a big sign to stick on the side. I love my new front porch look. Feliluke is the real deal. I recommend this product.UPDATE: After using this box for 5 weeks I can't believe the peace of mind it has brought. I no longer worry about when a package will arrive. Day or night, sleeping or at work. The porch pirates are no longer a concern.

Had a package thief stealing our deliveries. Set this up and screwed it down to the porch to keep it stable and secure. Very happy - just need to train your delivery drivers on how to use the box! You would think it is obvious, but I need to make a sign to show them how to open the door.May seem a little flimsy when you have all the panels, but once together, it's strong enough to do the job. Most thieves are not going to try breaking the box, they want a quick grab and go theft, so will likely move on and go to the next house after seeing this.

All I want is the missing screws but the only option is to return he whole darn thing. Of course you don’t discover parts are missing until you have the whole thing taken out of the packaging.It really isnt a reasonable solution. To pack it all up and get a whole new package and hope this time the all the parts are in there.It looks decent though just a piss poor QC in the packaging I’m guessing.Not sure what I’m going to do as I sit here looking at a floor filled with metal panels and a broken down cardboard box.
