I had no problems with the seller. I received my order as promised with no issues.I order these ribbons for our office adding machines. I thought by ordering the ribbons specifically for the Victor adding machines they would be of a better quality. However, I find that they dry out quickly, although not as fast as generic brands that fit all kinds of calculators.

They might be more expensive but these last a lot longer in my office making them cost effective. The fact that I don't lose time changing ribbons often makes a difference to me and these last three times longer at least than other brand names I have bought.

I must have received old stock. My first roll was dried out at the start of the roll until I used my calculator a few times, then it got better.
