I ordered 2 of these and they both arrived loose in the plastic bag package. I gathered and wrapped the paper in cling wrap and gave it to my sons teacher with an apology note on top.

I can't use this for the purpose that I bought it for. It is labeled that it is the dotted ruled newsprint but it is not.
