Works great for a large number of knitting needles. I wasn't going to pay for a needle container and this works great. I can fit 15-20 sets of needles in different sizes. Would recommend. Super sturdy, great color, easy to tie up the strings.

This brush roll is exactly what I want for storing my granddaughters' watercolor brushes and keeping the bristles straight no matter where they are stored. I use one myself, and think this is one of the safest ways to store brushes.This particular roll is an earthy green, made of thick fabric (canvas perhaps?) and a tie that only needs one tie-down to stay (doesn't need to be knotted). The price is also excellent.

What I especially like about this roll up is that it fits shorter water color brushes and allows for a wide flap on the top to fold over and cover the brush tops, securing them inside the roll up. With others, there's a danger of the brushes slipping out, but the over-flap on this roll up prevents that. It won't work for longer oil or acrylic brushes, but it's perfect for shorter (7") water color and gouache brushes.

The fabric is heavy duty and durable. But I’m noticing it would be great if it had a way of propping itself up…maybe pockets with rods that fold over when it is closed?

This is my review of Yongdeli’s Paint Brush HolderThis is a sturdy canvas brush or pencil holder with good stitching. The first thing that I did was to throw it into the wash machine, to see how the fabric reacted to a wash/dry cycle. After two cycles, the holder maintained its shape without any warping. Washing/Drying is not something you are probably going to do; however, it is a great test on the quality of the materials used. As I mentioned, the holder passed with flying colors.The photos I provided with this review were taken after the two wash/dry cycles.The holder has 11, wide pockets, that depending on the thickness of the brush handles you are using, will hold two brushes per pocket, for a total of 22 brushes.It is listed as having of color of “Army green.†I have been in the service, and this is not a real Army green, but it is green… close enough.I like the fact that the pockets are wide because I like to carry a 1-inch (2.5cm) wide brush for doing background washes, and it fits perfectly into one of the pockets. If the pockets were smaller, that would not be possible.One other thing, the maximum length of your brushes needs to be 7 3/4 inches (19.5cm). Many of the brushes I utilize are longer than that, so if you use long handled brushes, this holder will not work for you.It is easy to load and roll the holder up, then secure with the provided straps.Good brush/pencil holder, and at an excellent price.
