Recently, my family was painting our living room and this was a good product for that. It was our first time painting a room so it was good that the paint was filtered and we didn't have to worry about chunks or unevenness in the tub. It was easy to replace as you just lift it out. I like the material. I also liked that it covered my plants when I needed it to once.

I have a lot of old paint around for touch-up jobs around the house but since it is old, it has a lot of chunks of dried paint in it. The elastic at the top stretches enough to fit around a gallon can of paint but, more importantly for me, it is small enough to keep it snug around a 1 quart soup container -- the perfect size for storing touch up paint. These really are disposable. I tried cleaning one out and it was a mess. This review is for AccEncyc Paint Strainer Bag, 1 Gallon Paint Filter Strainer with Elastic Drawstring, Nylon Mesh Filter White Fine Mesh Bag for Paint Gardening, 10 Pack

These paint strainer bags are the cat's meow! I wish our painter had used them as he left too many clumps on the walls even though I warned him not to. I figured out that to remove the small clumps and fuzz, do NOT pick them off the wall as it leaves small divots in the paint. A fresh single-sided razor blade can be placed almost parallel to the wall and carefully, slice the top off of the divot, now almost invisible.Getting back to the filters, I've strained all of my paint stock into fresh containers and you would not believe the junk that was filtered out of the paint. Now, no worries when I have to repaint spots on the walls. Highly recommend these!

These strainer bags are very versatile! I did not get them for paint. I actually got them to strain candle wax to separate pieces of wick, etc. these are the perfect size for that. Great price point too! They seem to be pretty good quality and well made. We’ll see how they hold up over time. For now though, I recommend them!!

We made a jig to use it on the 5-gallon paint bucket. Very good quality. Way better than the ones I purchased from HD, and cheaper!
