This kit includes (2) - 4-Bolt on 4 inch bolt center hubs for 2,000 lb axles, (2) - 1" straight spindles, (2) castle nuts, (2) cotter pins, (8) 1/2-20 lug nuts, (2) 1.987 O.D - 1.249 I.D double lipped grease seals, (4) L-44643 1" I.D inner/outer bearings and (2) 1.986 O.D - 1.16" depth, dust caps. PLEASE NOTE: Fabricating an axle requires the proper equipment needed to apply a weld. If you are uncomfortable with your welding capabilities, this project should be handled by a qualified welder.

I bought these to make a couple of half axles for a small trailer. They fit perfectly inside a piece of 2 inch square tubing so all I had to do was weld a small bead around them. And the price for all of this was too good to pass up.

Did what it was built for.long welding base alowed room to choose how long spindle is located.everything is included in kit.

Hub side of the shaft should be a little longer with a thicker nut to hold the bearings tight so it would be easier to place the cotter pin in the hole. As is the cotter pin hole is nearly under the hub flange.
