I did listen to this 20 inch ride on Paiste website's sound room before purchasing. This ride sound cymbal sounds even better in person. It has exactly the sound that I was after as makes a good crash cymbal and the bell sound does project nicely while providing sweet soft ride sound.

I bought this because there was not a 20" crash available. Sure, I can use it as a ride for delicate work, but in all honesty this is one of the best 20" crashes I've owned, even when matched up against a RUDE thin and a 2002 standard crash....very glad I bought it...
