We have an old (over 15 years) Bishamon BS-55A pallet jack that the plastic for the steering wheels started to disintegrate. I had never worked on replacing anything on a pallet jack before. I was told just need to pop the cap from the wheels, remove the retention rings and take the wheels off. Not in the case of the old models! No cap, the rings were located inside the wheels and very hard to access (newer built BS-55 models seem to have different and easily replaceable/serviceable wheels).I am glad I bought these wheels since they came with a new axel and all the tools (minus a hammer). The axel on the jack wouldn't accommodate the new wheels (these wheels are a bit wider than the original ones; they covered up the grooves at the ends of the original axel). The ring remover tool unfortunately didn't work on this old model wheels because of the position of the original rings inside the wheels, so we had to buy an angled ring remover (vise grip); but the tool included should work for most people. The punch tool and the pin holder came in handy for replacing the axel.Yes, I would recommend this product.

Initial Build quality appears good. new ancillary retaining parts included. Worked well after easy install.

Cannot give a recommendation yet as the wheels are installed but have seen minimal usage at this point.Product appears to be of good quality and installation was good. As time passes, we shall see

Bearings were not installed/pressed unlike certain of the review on here. Neither did the grease.Then the bearings didn't sit correctly or they were the wrong ones? I had to try and press them at my neighbors' garage, which didn't help either. I basically had to grind their axel to make the wheels fit correctly to be able to install the end pins. Took me over 2 hours but I had to make it work to use our pallet jack ASAP. Horrible horrible experience unfortunately.

Dosnt have all parts u need for a replace , also different sizes /styles of spindles So maybe take yours apart before ordering so u know
