I ordered this SRL and when it was delivered it was an empty box with no tape or anything to stop it from being opened. Other products I have ordered is a box in a box. This is a very expensive item and should be protected.

Seems to be good quality but like other reviews, it came missing parts. Still needs clip that ties them together. Without it I can't use.

Shipped 1 retractable when I payed for 2, honestly mid quality. Didn’t even come with the connector to put the ONE retractable on the harness. Ended up buying the fortline retractables and they are aAt better
