If you have a thicker iPhone case, the mic plug isn’t long enough to ‘plug in’.You will either need a thinner case, or you will need to pull your case off when you want to use this mic.

It sounds a little “crisp†to my ear in all modes but if you have editing software that can be changed. Stereo separation was good and sensitivity was nice. I’m new to the Apple accessory world but I was impressed at the ease of use of the software and it worked as advertised right out of the box. The monitor feature is nice but requires a wired connection. When the mic is active, Bluetooth output is disabled.

I am an actress and needed an external mic for submissions. A mic that I can control the gain for when I’m singing. The iPhone gets a little blown out. I am an iPhone 14 Pro user and I can say with certainty that it has better sound quality on its own than this mic. I followed all the instructions and even watched a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I had all my settings correct for optimal sound. It was so bad. I compared the mic sound to the phone sound and the phone sound was 10x better than the mic sound. Returning. Would not recommend. Giving 2 stars because setup and instructions were easy to follow. But the mic itself gets 1 star.

Disappointing. And simply doesnt work well. I don’t recommend it. Wish i could return it
