These are strong hanger bars. The gold finish is attractive and durable. I adapted them to a smaller wall space by cutting and rethreading the pipes. The vertical pipes attached to the floor bear most of the weight which relieves stress on the wall. The drywall anchors are useless. Threw them away and purchased heavy duty wall anchors.
