This phone is excellent. It is worth every penny. Panasonic is such a reliable brand, it works very nice and there are a lot of technician out there that know how to set it up, besides there are a lot of information in the internet.

Used this to add a line to my KX-TA824 system. Great phone as always, reliable and excellent sound quality. Just wish the LED display was backlit. It is unfortunate one has to pay more money to get that feature.

Our church had a couple of fairly old phones for our Pastor and Secretary that were not working so well after quite a few years of use. I was tasked with finding them new phones. I originally thought these were just plain 2 line phones...on investigating, I found that the church had Panasonic PBX system (I think I've got that terminology right), so I couldn't necessarily use just any 2-line phone. Decided that a Panasonic phone that was advertised to work with a Panasonic PBX was probably the safest route.These phones installed with out issue, and worked right away. Pastor and secretary are both quite pleased with their new phones that once again work as they should. With luck, these will last a long time.

This is a great business phone at a wonderful price point. Compare comparable features with Cisco, AT&T, Avayo and there is no comparison. This proprietary phone only works with Panasonic PBX systems, so it is not a replacement phone for use with other switches, but if you are considering a new installation and don't need more than 24 extensions, this is a great value.
