Guess I’m of the age where I’m so excited about my paper towel holder I have to tell everyone that they should buy it. Really though, this thing looks awesome and is great quality for the price. It’s easy to load and unload and the neat ratchet feature that allows you to rip paper towels off with one hand and keeps its all from unrolling is pretty cool. I’ve even had guests comment on it and ask where they can get one.

This stainless steel paper towel holder is very well made, and everything about it says "quality." Due to it having both a screw mount and adhesive option to install it, it made it even easier, as I didn't have to line up screws and measure the distance between them, etc. Literally just peel and stick, it was that easy. Its towel removal feature is very slick, with just a simple turn it allows the rod to disconnect so a new one can be put on, and then you just twist the rod back again and wala!! I especially liked the fact it has the feature that keeps the paper towel from just endlessly spinning. It has a slight resistance when you pull each paper towel out to keep it from just continuing to roll out all the way to the floor. There really isn't anything that could be improved upon in my opinion. Very well made, flawless function, and a fair price. Highly recommend!

Works as advertised, looks good and is well made. Easy to install and use. The tension in the roller is perfect for tearing paper towels with one hand.

We purchased this paper towel holder for a toddler kitchen, and it works perfectly. It has tension and clicks when the children pull so it doesn’t spin too many towels at one time.

We have tried a few paper towel holders -- 4 boys in the house so they were all destroyed. I bought due to the two sturdy arms and the locking mechanism. After installing, I can tell this is going to last. I appreciated the paper guide to properly pre-drill holes for mounting, the two sizes of screws provided to accommodate different depths of cabinet/walls, and the decorative covers for the screws once installed. Nice touches. We mounted ours under the cabinets -- but I would not mind installing where people could see it as it is a nice looking product as well.

EASY TO INSTALL. VERY SECURE AND FUNCTIONAL. THE BLACK COLOR LOOKS WONDERFUL WITH OUR WHITE CABINETS. THIS HOLDER IS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND. GREAT VALUE. CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It did not work at all. Once you pulled a paper towel it would come crashing down.Did not stick to the wall and was constantly falling off. IDo not recommend this product at all.🤨🤨😬😬😤😤😞😞😡😡

It’s sort of stiff. Not as easy to use as expected. Hoping it loosens up with use.
