This nesting box is a great size for my Cockatiel pair when they are sitting on their eggs. They can both be in the box very comfortably. I love the fact that there is a clear acrylic back side that I can keep an eye on all of them without disturbing them to much. The value of this nesting box is spot on and I usually buy several at a time since I have several pairs. The quality of the wood and the durability is very good and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their birds breeding. And I believe they come in several sizes to accommodate different breeds of birds.

Cute nesting box. My female parakeet loves chewing on the wood (the perch is already gone). She keeps going inside, but no eggs yet.

I haven't set it up yet but this should be fantastic to use for one or two breeding seasons. It's not crazy sturdy, but for the price it's great. I like the viewing window, and I love that you can mount it from two different sides. I'd buy it again and probably will order more.

I bought this for my conures but they only use it for a perch. It is too small for more than one small. It would work for a budgie or other petite bird
