We use these parking aids for positioning our vehicles. Placing one relatively close to and even with the driver when parked at the desired depth gives a good stopping point. It is harder to place one on a wall ahead of the driver for front end alignment (but for our garage sufficient) because the aid will likely be further away from the driver than optimum. For our cars, the side targets are 4 to 6 feet from the drivers while the front targets are 12 feet in front of the drivers.

I have bought these multiple times for gifts after installing one in my own garage. Couldn't be simpler! I now know exactly where to stop. My only wish is that they would invent one that would help me bring my car in straight. I tend to come in at too much of an angle and need help.

This item needs to be twice the size for it to be effective. When you get to the garage you can barely see the thing until you're too close to make a difference. Please double the size and I'd buy more.

These didn't work for us in our garage, so I gave them to a friend. Nice concept, but just too small for the distance needed.

I have a very tight parking space inside of my garage and was having trouble backing into the space and leaving just the right amount of room in front of and behind my car. I tried a convex mirror and putting tape down on the concrete, etc. Hanging a tennis ball from the ceiling only works if you are pulling in front facing. So finally I ordered this and set it up on the drivers side and it works! Just align the two red lines as you pull in and you are perfectly parked! I used to have to get out the car to make sure I left enough clearance for the garage door to close and I no longer have to do that.

I'm a really mechanical and scientifically-minded guy, but I just couldn't get comfortable getting this to accurately help me locate my car. It isn't bad, and I appreciate the logic. It just isn't for me.

This little thing is amazing. It's so simple but so effective. It works as advertised. Put it where you would look out of the driver's window when you are parked in the desired location. Make sure all three red dashes line up to look like one line. I park my car with six or so inches of clearance in the rear and a couple of feet in the front. Works every time.

Parking in the garage now a cinch with this little gadget! Just line up the red line in the center and rest assured you’re car is parked perfectly
